Very pleasant experience with Ju'Wuan- we felt at ease with his knowledge. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our interactions with Omar and Mario on the finance end as well. Ju'Wuan introduced us to the service team- as this is an important aspect for us. Ju'Wuan was also very good at explaining all the new technology and functions on our new vehicle. Overall, we felt at ease throughout the entire process.

**Second Review 5/1/2026 -- After purchasing my 2024 Corvette, Mario Strba AKA BIG Money Mar (not the little one) was able to get me an amazing deal on a Second vehicle. The 2026 Chevy Trax had Everything I needed at a Hugely discounted price. I was back the next day to get the Clear Ceramic Coating on my Corvette, and she's looking like a Dream. Any future vehicle purchases or servicing that I require will be completed with Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Buick GMC

This was a standard service call and checking on current recalls. The service was performed in a timely fashion and all employees were very nice and efficient.
Took our 2025 Acadia in for it’s first service which was covered completely by G M. There was also a problem with a tire pressure sensor which was covered under warranty. Service was oil change and front brake pad and rotor replacement and oil change package. Service and service tech representative were excellent.
Awful experience. Went in for a recall issue and asked them to check on a gas cap issue and tire sensor. I scheduled an appointment, but it took 4 hours for them to start the work. They wanted to charge me $250 jut to look at the gas cover. I bought the part I needed on Amazon for $48 and installed it in 15 minutes. $1150 for tire sensors???? I started calling at 4:00 to see if they would be finished by the end of the day - never got an answer. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Very knowledgeable and professional. Although my trip to Hendricks was an emergency, they assured me that they would find the problem and they did. I had to leave the car there for almost a week because once fixed, they wanted to make sure no other issues with the car were found. Very satisfied with their work.

We also had an issue with someone calling my spouse repeatedly as a lead when we were on our way to the dealership when I had not provided his contact information. I found a 2022 Honda Pilot online at a Hendrick dealer in NC and contacted the dealership here in Richmond and made an appointment to get a price on site. The representative (!young lady)I met in sales and the used car manager were not very helpful, informative or professional in my opinion. My client advisor was nice to work with... very knowledgeable regarding the multitude of 2022 Z71 tahoe features. Additionally, she was very patient and helpful during the showing, test driving, and working with the business manager and finance manager. Working (briefly) with Business manager and working with Finance manager and Parts associate was pleasant as well. The process of price negotiation took way too long.
Tis service department does not respect customer's time. I waited for 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation this time and 4 hours last time. Why do you make appointments if you cannot provide service in a timely manner?
Connor was great. He was professional, quick and efficient. I was in for preventative maintenance and out in less than an hour.

This dealership deserves a “5-Star” rating insofar as the quality of service given and of my regular service advisor Stanley McKay. But I could not bring myself to clicking on the “5-Star” icons because of one thing: the cost of service. I received an urgent alert on my truck regarding my transmission two days before leaving to go out of town. I immediately texted Daniel Ortega on a Friday afternoon. He told me to bring it in Saturday morning. They had it fixed within a few hours. I am very thankful for Daniel and the service team. Daniel is my go to and always gets me scheduled quickly for oil changes and service. The service is always a 10!
Everyone on the Rick Hendrick team is friendly and professional—from the sales staff (Craig M) to the parts store to the service dept. (Jeff). I have purchased two used Corvettes from Hendrick and had two Corvettes serviced there. They did a great job. I traded two Corvettes to buy the two Corvettes from them and they gave me a great deal. Also during my service experience, the tech made a video showing what parts needed to be replaced and he emailed it to me. It doesn’t get any better than that.

I am dissapointed that I had to pay $984 for labor on a shifter that has been replced twice. A shifter is not a consumable part. Its was replaced in 2020, then 2025 on a 2017 Acadia. I want some of my money refunded.
Good customer service. Fair negotiations and a good deal. Process took too long. Started process to purchase a 2026 truck and pay outright/full amount at 11:00am and truck was not ready until after 6:00pm. Great product- truck!

I purchased a 2026 Hummer EV for $110,000 from Rick Hendrick GMC Mall of Georgia, and the delivery experience was extremely disappointing. I waited nearly 3–4 hours for delivery prep and charging, and at closing time I was told the vehicle had not charged. I left the dealership with only 20% battery and arrived home with 5%, which was very unsettling given that this is my first EV. My phone was not set up in the vehicle, and the dealership was already closed, leaving me without support.

Brought my 2024 Corvette in for inspection & oil change with only 2,500 miles. I was advised that there was a transmission problem and that they would have to keep the car, possibly to replace the transmission. Needless to say, I was very surprised and disappointed in this news. However, the service advisor Jeff Burton and client advisor were really terrific and got me into a rental car. The sales process and service were awful. Nobody seemed concerned that the truck broke down twice in four months! The salesman was great! Nobody else seemed to care about anything.
